We suggest starting off with about a dime size (about 1 -2 pumps) and add more as you see fit for our lotions.
For Stim for Him and Tingle To Mingle, allow 3 - 5 minutes for it to absorb into the skin to gauge if more is needed. All of our bodies are different so sensation levels vary.
For our lubes, you can be a little more generous to start and apply as needed.
