What if my product arrived damaged?

We guarantee that Cake products will arrive in good condition. We want you to feel confident about using them on your body, after all!

If you find our product has not arrived in good condition or battery is not working correctly and you would like to apply for a refund or exchange, please notify us within 14 business days via [e-mail] or you can submit your request via our Contact Us form.  

If possible, please include a photo of the issue.
