You can manage your subscriptions by logging into your account and clicking on the person icon in the upper right hand corner to access your Account page.
From here, you'll click on Manage Subscriptions.
In your Subscriptions dashboard, you can change your shipping address and billing information and view past orders.
By clicking on the Subscriptions tab and clicking on your item, you can
- Change your renewal date
- Change your renewal frequency
- Add a new subscription
- Skip a renewal
- Cancel your subscription
Please note any changes made only affects future renewals. If you have already been charged and you would like to cancel your current order, please reach out to us immediately using our "Edit An Order" form or at hello@hellocake.com to see if we can stop the shipment in time.
