The most common causes for this is the device isn't fully charged and the power button isn't held down long enough. These troubleshooting steps have helped most customers get their device going.
1) First, we suggest charging your device for 2 -3 hours before first use to get it fully charged. The indicator light will blink while charging. The indicator light will become solid once it is fully charged.
2) Once it is fully charged, hold and press down the power button for 5 seconds for the device to restart.
