My massager no longer works! Do you have a warranty?

You should be able to enjoy all massagers for up to a year once you receive it. 

If your massager becomes defective within that time frame, please reach out to us via hello@hellocake.com or you can also submit your request via our via our Orders and Return form. 

Please include all details and if possible include a photo.
