My credit card won’t go through -- what should I do ?

Having issues? Double check your info, including your name, credit card number, expiration date, three-digit code, and billing address. 

If all of that looks correct, you may need to contact your bank. It's possible that the bank is classifying this purchase as "adult" and is automatically putting a hold on it. 

We are unable to push payments through if they are being declined by the bank.  We are also unable to make payments on behalf of customers.

In addition to that, we do not accept credit cards linked to FSA and HSA accounts for Cake Meds purchases.
