How do I join your Loyalty Program?

If you already have a Cake account just click on the "login" button, if you don't click "join now" button.

Once you signup or login via that link, you'll instantly receive 25 points.  You'll be able to view your points and status in your Account. Just scroll down under your Order History and you'll see your Rewards section.

Here in this section, you'll be able to see your points balance and all the ways you can earn points from your new purchases, leaving reviews, and following us on Instagram to name a few.  In this section, you'll also see how you can redeem your points.

Our loyalty program began August 12th, 2022 and is only applicable to purchases from that date on.  We are unable to retroactively add points for purchases made prior to this date. 

Points earned cannot be redeemed retroactively to past orders.  Points can only be redeemed on future purchases.
