Can points be retroactively applied for past purchases?

Our loyalty program began August 12th, 2022 and is only applicable to purchases from that date on.  We are unable to retroactively add points for purchases made prior to this date.

Points earned cannot be redeemed retroactively to past orders.  Points can only be redeemed on future purchases.
