My meds arrived melted. Are they still safe to use?

First off, if your meds arrived melted, our sincerest apologies.  

They are still safe to use, but must be refrigerated to regain their solid state. The hot temperature and melting doesn’t affect the efficacy of the troches.  We do not suggest putting them in the freezer.
