My Cake Meds order shows delivered, but I don't have it.

When a tracking  number shows delivered and you haven't received the two most common cases we've come across are:

1) A roommate or neighbor received your discreet package.

2) If shipped via USPS, they prematurely marked the shipment as delivered. USPS delivery vehicles sometimes use GPS to update tracking and this can cause a premature “Delivered” to show up in your tracking page. In most cases, the shipment ends up being delivered either the next day or the following.

If you are still unable to locate it after two days of it showing as delivered, please reach out to us via our Orders and Returns form and confirm your shipping address and we can see what our next steps will be.
