Can I place my order over the phone?

We are unable to take orders over the phone.  All patients need to submit their own intake form to be reviewed by a doctor.

Our contact support hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM PST.

We typically respond in less than 3 hrs during working hours.  Weekend inquiries are responded by end of day Monday.
